• Investor Passes are reserved solely for investors whose primary job function is investing funds directly into the natural resources, energy or technology sectors.
• To be eligible for a complimentary or discounted investor pass you must hold no position of employment at a mining/energy company or a company that provides products or services to the industry.
• Qualified buy-side categories include private equity, commodity traders, asset management, investment management, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, venture capital, private wealth manager, family office, mutual fund, pension fund, SOE, private investors and HNWI.
• Please note that representatives from financial advisories and corporate finance providers are not eligible as they are considered service-side.
• Approved Investors are required to attend a minimum of 5 meetings with mining and energy companies.
