AVALON 2023 Defence Visitor Registration
AVALON 2023 is comprised of industry-only, trade and conference sessions of which Defence personnel with current Defence ID are permitted to attend on a complimentary basis on the following days only:
Tuesday 28 February 0900 - 1700
Wednesday 1 March 0900 – 1700
Thursday 2 March 0900 - 1700
By registering as Defence Personnel your details will be given to the Australian Department of Defence prior to your arrival and Defence ID must be presented on entry to the site.
Defence personnel are requested to wear their military uniform (where applicable) and present their Defence ID on entry to the site. This process also applies to foreign military.
AVALON 2023 Trade Visitor Registration
AVALON 2023 is comprised of four days of industry-only, trade and conference sessions:
Tuesday 28 February 0900 - 1700
Wednesday 1 March 0900 – 1700
Thursday 2 March 0900 - 1700
Friday 3 March 0900 – 2200 (Public event access from 1400)
Trade days are reserved only for those with a professional, defence, governmental agency, business, academic, scientific, operational or response involvement in aviation, aerospace and defence related government and industry sectors.
The event is not open to the general public on the AVALON 2023 trade days.
Admission to an AVALON 2023 trade day requires registration and the purchase of a Trade Day Ticket. Trade Day Tickets include access to complimentary conference sessions. Optional paid conference sessions incur an additional charge at the time of registration.
A Trade Day Ticket fee of $89 per person per day is applicable. Payment is taken as a part of the Trade Visitor registration process.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR EXHIBITOR BADGES
Once you have sent the invitations each exhibitor will receive an email for them to complete their registration. The status column shows when your exhibitors have completed their registration. You can also cancel registrations from the select drop down and you will retain a new invite in your allocation.

All Exhibiting companies receive a number of Complimentary Visitor Badges to distribute to clients, customers or colleagues they wish to invite to AVALON 2023.
Complimentary Visitor Badges are valid for a single day's entry on either the dedicated Trade Days (Tuesday 28 February, Wednesday 1 or Thursday 2 March) or the Trade/Public Day on Friday 3 March.
You will find the number of Badges available to you below - this is based on your Exhibition Space.
To invite your guests:

Guests will receive an email and can choose to Accept or Decline your invitation. You can view the status of your invitations, resend or cancel below.
On acceptance of your invitation, your guest will receive a confirmation email and approximately 2 weeks prior to the event a print-at-home for them to print and bring with them to AVALON 2023.
Visitor Badges are valid for entry to the AVALON 2023 site from 0900 on the registered day. Anyone requiring early entry for stand set-up must show a valid Exhibitor Badge which can be allocated via FORM 5a. Exhibitor Badges in your Exhibitor Online Manual.

All Chalet Exhibitors receive a number of Complimentary Guest Badges to distribute to clients, customers or colleagues they wish to invite to AVALON 2021. These badges will give the holder access to the AVALON 2023 site – it is the Chalet holder’s responsibility to manage who enters their Chalet each day.
Chalet Guest Badges are valid for a single day’s entry on any chosen day of AVALON 2023 (Tuesday 28 February – Sunday 5 March). You will find the number of badges available to you below – this is based on your Chalet size. Your badge allocation will update based on your guests accepting/declining your invitation to attend.

You may cancel your invitations at any stage – an email advising your guest will be sent. If your invitation has been accepted you may wish to follow up with your guest confirming their ticket has been cancelled to avoid any confusion onsite.
