The Avalon Australian International Airshow 2025 (Avalon 2025) will present a series of industry-only, trade and conference sessions across the first four days of the event, reserved for those with a professional, defence, governmental agency, business, academic, scientific, operational or response involvement in aviation, aerospace and defence related government and industry sectors.
A ticket fee of $98 per person, per day is applicable.

Valid photo ID is required as part of the Avalon 2025 Trade Visitor registration process and must be carried at all times while at the event.
Trade Visitors may be asked for evidence of accreditation such as an applicable business card, Defence ID or association membership card to gain entry to the event. Accreditation must demonstrate a professional, business or operational involvement in defence and related government or industry sectors.
Trade Day tickets are only valid for entry to the Avalon 2025 event site on the day(s) purchased.
No person under the age of 16 years will be admitted to the industry-only trade and conference sessions with the exception of those participating in the Careers Program on Friday 28 March
A dress code applies - applicable business attire or uniform is required.

By registering as Defence Personnel your details will be given to the Australian Department of Defence prior to arrival and valid Defence ID must be presented on entry to the Avalon 2025 site.
Complimentary conference sessions are free of charge to all accredited defence personnel. Optional paid conference sessions incur an additional charge at the time of registration.

Avalon 2025 is an industry-only trade event from March 25th to 12.00pm March 28th, this event is not open to the general public. The public side of the airshow commences 12.00pm Friday March 28th through to Sunday March 30th.

It is optional to upgrade your Exhibitor registration to include both complimentary and/or paid conference sessions (incurs a charge at time of registration).

Avalon Airshow Event Site build will commence in January 2025. There are a number of requirements in order to gain access to the site which are outlined below.
PLEASE NOTE: this registration form is ONLY for those participating at Avalon Airshow in a working capacity to deliver the event i.e. Flying or Ground Displays, Air Base support, Safety, Asset Security etc.
