The 2024 Baking Industry Trade Show will be hosted at Moonee Valley Racecourse in Melbourne. The trade show is unique and is specifically designed and presented for the baking industry.

Over three massive days the trade show will host Australia's Best Pie & Pastie Competition, Donut World, live demos, workshops, and everything Artisan, including the National Artisan Baking competition.

Also, the New Zealand baking association is coming from “across the ditch”. NZBA will be hosting live cooking demonstrations featuring the ANZBake competition.
