The 2025 Baking Industry Trade Show will be hosted at Wentworth Park Complex in Sydney. This trade show is unique and specifically designed and presented for the baking industry.

Over three massive days the trade show will host Australia's Best Pie & Pastie Competition, Donut World, live demos, workshops, and everything Artisan, including the National Artisan Baking competition.

Also, the New Zealand baking association is coming from “across the ditch”. NZBA will be hosting live cooking demonstrations and featuring the ANZBake competition.
