Foodstuffs Expo 2025

Event Overview

The 2025 Foodstuffs Expo is a long-standing legacy for our Foodstuffs Co-operatives, Foodstuffs North Island and Foodstuffs South Island. Since its conception in 2008, Foodstuffs has hosted 11 Expos with a collective 2,500+ stands and over 55,000 attendees. In 2023 the Foodstuffs Fresh and Grocery Expo welcomed just over 5,000 attendees with over 350 exhibitors. Experiencing exponential growth year on year, Foodstuffs Expo is reported to contribute an approximate $2m into the regional local economy for our hosting city along with a sizable donation to local charities.

As the largest B2B trade show in New Zealand, the Foodstuffs Expo presents an opportunity like no other for our Store Members and Supplier Partners. Bringing the best of what our partners have on offer and in the pipeline, giving our network the opportunity to taste, test and discover new and existing offerings while providing an opportunity for our supplier partners to discover what is happening across the co-operative network.

The buzz and energy on the Expo floor can only be experienced, bringing together a legacy and generations of passionate Foodies, Retailers and Industry Experts. Our attendees have the opportunity to discuss questions beyond consumer products, seeking to uncover new solutions and opportunities in our efforts to be Customer Driven Retailers.

This event honours the pivotal role our supplier partners play in driving innovation, delivering quality, and creating exceptional outcomes for New Zealanders.

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at Foodstuffs Expo 2025.

In order to secure your stand booking you will need to provide the following information to proceed:

  • A brief company bio and company logo
  • Foodstuffs Company Number
  • Foodstuffs Vendor Number
  • Foodstuffs Account Name
  • An overview of your stand activity

Please allow at least 10 minutes to complete your registration. Stand quantities are limited and allocated on a first come first served basis, if your selection is unavailable, please contact us on the email address below to join our waitlist.

Please register additional exhibitors using the form below.
Anyone exhibiting during Expo will need to be registered and wear an exhibitor badge at all times.

Once registered, each staff member will be sent a confirmation email with a QR coded ticket. Please bring this along to Expo (either on your smartphone or printed copy) on the first day of site access for check in, in exchange for your exhibitor badge.
