Purchasing Information

  • All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated

Delivery of Your Tickets

  • Your tickets will be delivered electronically via email. (E-tickets)

  • You can then print these or bring them on your phone or tablet to the event so we can scan you in at the door.

  • We will send you your e-ticket as soon as you complete your purchase

Processing and Credit Card Fees

  • If there are any processing or credit card fees, these will be calculated and shown to you during purchase.

  • If there is $0 or no value in 'Fees' column or fields, that means there are no fees applicable to your purchase.

Refund and Returns

  • Refunds and returns are covered under the policy of the Event Organiser, and do not limit your rights under Australian consumer law:

    • All transactions are final. No refunds are permitted, except as required by law.

    • In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided to patrons who have purchased tickets for the cancelled event.

Security

  • All transactions with us are protected using 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your personal information and credit card data.

  • All payments are processed directly with Stripe and none of your credit card details are stored on our servers

Privacy Policy

  • You consent to Lup / EMATTER TECHNOLOGIES Pty Ltd dealing with your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

  • Your information is shared with the Event Organiser, to enable them to communicate to you regarding the event.

Competition Terms

By answering “Yes please, and keep me up to date on specials, events and promotions with Lüp Rewards” you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the competition being conducted by Ematter Technologies Pty Ltd ACN 093 085 977 trading as Lüp and Lüp Tickets ABN 27 093 085 977 of Suite 1203, 200 Mary Street, Brisbane City, Queensland, Australia

Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions

By entering your details you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.

By scanning your QR Code at any exhibitor, you are agreeing for your details to be supplied to them and to their Terms and Conditions. (See exhibitor's stands for more details)

Definitions:

(a) "web" or "web site" or "site" means the system or database on which the personal information is stored;

(b) "You" or "your" means EMATTER TECHNOLOGIES Pty Ltd

(c) "I", "my" or "me" means the person who has entered information into any electronic form on a site

(d) "information" or "personal information" means any information entered into any electronic form that is provided that may identify a person

(e) "Show" or "Expo" means the event for which you registered 

GENERAL

  • I confirm that the information I have entered is completely accurate, and in particular I have taken care to ensure that my email address is correctly entered.

  • I agree and consent to my personal information being utilised for current and future competitions, draws, lotteries and promotions by the promoters and exhibitors of the Show.

  • I agree and consent to, for promotional purposes, you providing the information I have entered into any electronic form on your site to entities/businesses attached, related, affiliated or associated to the Show, including but not limited to the Event Organiser, presenters, sponsors, exhibitors and suppliers.

  • I agree that by my entering into any competitions at the Show, that I agree and consent to my personal information being utilised by such competition for the competition purposes and the promoter of the competition and authorise the publication of my details as they relate to the competition.

  • I agree that you will not be liable to me, except in the case of fraud, for any act or omission (whether negligent or misleading or deceptive or otherwise) by you in the performance or purported performance of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

  • I indemnify you against all claims, except in the case of fraud, arising out of or in any way connected with any act or omission by you in the performance or purported performance of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

  • I agree that liability on your part or on the part of your servants or agents for damages for or in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the relationship established by this agreement or any conduct under it or any orders or instructions given to you by me , shall not in any event (and whether or not such liability results from or involves negligence) exceed $50.00.

  • I agree that by my entering information into any electronic form on your site, that I am agreeing to the terms and conditions herein and to the Disclaimer.

TICKETING – Conditions of Entry  

All attendees must:

  • Have your e-Ticket ready for scanning at the entry point to the event precinct.

General

Entry may be refused if online tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or if the Organiser has reasonable grounds to believe the tickets have been acquired by unauthorised or illegal means.

Refunds

All online ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made for any online ticket except as required by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Should the event be cancelled, unused tickets purchased online will be refunded. If a refund is made, the Organiser may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any service or like fee it has charged. If the event is an outdoor event, it will run rain or shine. If an event is cancelled, please contact us for further information on receiving a refund.  

Applications for refund under these circumstances are to be submitted to the online ticketing seller found on our Event website. 

Unauthorised re-sale or duplication of Online Tickets

Online tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Organiser, be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. Unauthorised re-sale of online tickets (or attempt) or unauthorised duplication of these tickets are grounds for refusing admission without compensation.

Conditions of Entry

  • The Organiser reserves the right, with reasonable cause, to refuse entry or remove any person without entitlement to a refund, including any person who causes a disturbance, or refuses to comply with reasonable requests made by the Organiser.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to ask you to present any bags or parcels carried by you for inspection and to ask for proof of purchase or receipt for items carried.
  • You must comply with any reasonable directions given by the Organiser and the security arrangements for the event and the venue which may include searches of clothing and possessions and prohibition of certain items such as knives, umbrellas, glass, illegal items, vehicles or other transportation devices (except as required because of a disability or the aged), alcohol and items which may cause nuisance or danger.
  • No animals are permitted within the Precinct or grounds at any time except licenced assistance animals for which such copy licence is required to be produced upon request and as certified by law.
  • All children attending the event must be under the supervision of an adult guardian at all times. 
  • Smoking is not permitted within the Event Precinct. 
  • Persons gaining unauthorised access to the event may be liable for prosecution.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, postpone or re-schedule any displays or presentations in the event.
  • The Organiser does not represent that there will be space for you to observe any particular displays in the event.
  • No photography is allowed within the event precinct unless pre-arranged with the Organiser 
  • The Organiser and/or a representative of the Organiser will be taking promotional photography and videos at this event for promotional purposes. Visitors and exhibitors who do not wish to be photographed or filmed at the event should advise the photographer or camera person at the event.  Photographs taken at the event by the Organiser and/or a representative of the Organiser may be used on social media websites, on the Organiser’s websites and other social and news media. Photographs and video may also be used within promotional material such as newspaper advertisements, TV commercials and promotional material.
  • Unless authorised by the Organiser in writing, you must not conduct any commercial, political, soliciting, promotional, performance, surveying, canvassing or demonstration activity at the event, nor collect contributions or distribute any material.
  • Except for the Organiser’s negligence or breach of contract or as expressly provided in these Conditions of Entry, the Organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you in connection with the event and the venue, including liability for any injury, loss or damage caused by the Organiser or its employees, contractors or agents.
  • If the liability of the Organiser may not be excluded but may be limited under any legislation, the Organiser’s liability is limited to replacing, re-supplying or repairing the relevant goods or services (or paying for replacement, resupply or repair) where this would be fair and unreasonable. The Organiser is not liable for any injury, loss or damage caused by any matter outside the Organiser’s reasonable control (e.g. industrial strikes and acts of God).
  • Nothing in these Conditions of Entry is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights which you may have under consumer protection legislation which may not be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.
  • Any parts of these Conditions of Entry which are deemed unenforceable by law may be removed to the extent necessary to make these Conditions of Entry enforceable.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy applies to all sales made through the online ticket purchases facility and can be accessed from our Privacy Policy online.
