Defence Visitor Registration

The Indo Pacific International Maritime Exposition (Indo Pacific 2025) is an industry-only trade exposition reserved for those with a professional, defence, governmental agency, business, academic, scientific, operational or response involvement in commercial maritime, naval and defence related government and industry sectors.

Cost 

Defence personnel with current Defence ID qualify for free access to the Indo Pacific 2025 exhibition across all three days of the event, as well as to any complimentary conferences you register your interest in attending.

Optional paid conferences (IMC 2025 and AAUS) incur a charge at time of registration. 

Terms and Conditions 

  • The event is not open to the general public. 
  • Current Defence ID (Australian or international) is required as part of the Indo Pacific 2025 Defence Visitor registration process and must be carried at all times while at the event.
  • No person under the age of 16 years will be admitted to Indo Pacific 2025.
  • Defence Personnel are requested to wear military uniform (where applicable) otherwise appropriate business attire is required.
  • The selection of Complimentary Conference sessions is by Expression of Interest. Due to room capacities, attendees are seated on a first come, first served basis.
  • Conditions of Entry apply to all Trade Visitors

The Indo Pacific 2025 International Maritime Exposition is an industry-only event, reserved for those with a professional, defence, government agency, business, academic, scientific, operational or response involvement in related government, defence or industry sectors.

The event is not open to the general public

The allocation and retention of media accreditation is at the absolute discretion of the organisers, who may decline an application even where all accreditation criteria are met and may withdraw accreditation at any time for media conduct organisers consider unprofessional.

As accredited media at Indo Pacific 2025 you will have access to:

  • The industry exhibition;
  • Networking events conducted on the exhibition floor;
  • The media centre;
  • Conferences, as and when allowed by the individual conference convenor.

How Do I Apply For Media Accreditation?

  • Fill in the form below;
  • If you are a freelancer, upload a letter of commission from the publication you will represent at Indo Pacific 2025 (letter details below). Uncommissioned freelancers will not be granted media accreditation;
  • Submit your application.

Applications for media accreditation will be assessed by the Indo Pacific 2025 media team.

  • You will be notified by email on receipt of your submission.
  • You will be notified whether your application has been approved or declined within 10 working days of submission.

Around two weeks before Indo Pacific 2025, accredited media will receive a “Print At Home” media badge through their nominated email address. The badge must be printed and presented at Indo Pacific 2025 for scanning on entry. Free lanyards and media badge holders will be available at the event entrance.

Your media badge must be worn and be clearly visible at all times. Photographic identification must be carried at all times and must be produced when requested by Indo Pacific 2025 organisers or security staff.
