RotorTech 2026 Vertical Flight Exposition is an industry-only, trade exposition and conference reserved for those with a professional, governmental agency, business, academic, scientific, operational or response involvement in rotary wing, advanced air mobility, uncrewed systems and related industry sectors.

The event is not open to the general public.

Trade Visitor Registration - $220 inc GST.

Registration is valid for all three days of the event including access to:

• RotorTech industry exhibition and static aircraft display
• AAUS Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) Summit*
• AHIA Conference*
• Daily catering: lunch, morning and afternoon tea
• Wednesday Networking Event

*Strict room capacities apply to all conference sessions. Seating is on a first come, first seated basis.

Terms and Conditions 

• The event is not open to the general public. 
• No person under the age of 16 years will be admitted to Rotortech 2026 unless part of an official Careers program.
• A dress code applies - applicable business attire or uniform is required. 
• Registration gives access to the event’s conference program however strict room capacities apply. Conference sessions are seated on a first come, first served basis.
• Conditions of Entry apply to all Trade Visitors

Exhibitor Badges are valid for all three days of the event and give access during the designated exhibitor Move In/Move Out.

• No person under the age of 16 years will be admitted to Rotortech 2026 unless part of an official Careers and Skills program.
• Business Dress Code Applies Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry
