Event Overview
Join us for the Expo at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, on the 15th and 16th July 2026. The Australasia Bus & Coach Expo is the largest dedicated bus and coach exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere and continues to attract strong participation from government representatives, domestic and international operators, equipment and service suppliers, technology developers, and other key stakeholders. The Expo will feature over 14,000 square metres of displays, showcasing the latest vehicles, technology and innovations across the passenger transport sector.

- Happy Hour - Wednesday 15th July 2026
- Gala Dinner - Wednesday 15th July 2026

Exhibitor Name badges must be worn at all times whilst working on your stand/display and when attending social functions. Please only register below for an Exhibitor name badge ticket if you will be working on a booth or display area during the Expo.
