Delivery of Your Tickets

• Your tickets will be delivered electronically via email. (E-tickets)

• You can then print these or bring them on your phone or tablet to the event so we can scan you in at the entry.

• We will send you your e-ticket as soon as you complete your purchase

Processing and Credit Card Fees

• If there are any processing or credit card fees, these will be calculated and shown to you during purchase.

• If there is $0 or no value in 'Fees' column or fields, that means there are no fees applicable to your purchase.

Refund and Returns

Tickets are sold on the following Terms & Conditions:

• Lüp acts as the official ticketing agency of the “Event Organiser”.

• Price of tickets are in AUD$ and include all relevant taxes. 

• No refunds of standard entry, education or competition fees are given. However tickets are transferable.

• The right to admission is reserved and is subject to the seller’s and the venue’s terms and conditions.

• Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged, defaced or machines read as invalid, already used or are not purchased from Lüp or an official reseller.

• All tickets purchased online will be emailed to the purchaser.

• Your information is shared with the Event Organiser, to enable them to communicate to you regarding the event.

Payment Security

All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).

Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
