Delivery of Your Tickets

• Your tickets will be delivered electronically via email. (E-tickets)
• You can then print these or bring them on your phone or tablet to the event so we can scan you in at the door.
• We will send you your e-ticket as soon as you complete your purchase

Processing and Credit Card Fees

• If there are any processing or credit card fees, these will be calculated and shown to you during purchase.
• If there is $0 or no value in 'Fees' column or fields, that means there are no fees applicable to your purchase.

Refund and Returns

• Refunds and returns are covered under the policy of the Event Organiser, and do not limit your rights under Australian consumer law:
• All transactions are final. No refunds are permitted, except as required by law.
• In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided to patrons who have purchased tickets for the cancelled event.

Security

• All transactions with us are protected using 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your personal information and credit card data.
• All payments are processed directly with Stripe and none of your credit card details are stored on our servers

• Your personal information is being collected to facilitate your purchase and to allow entry to the event.
• Your information is shared with the Event Organiser, to enable them to communicate to you regarding the event.

Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions

By entering your details you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed below.
By scanning your QR Code at any exhibitor, you are agreeing for your details to be supplied to them and to their Terms and Conditions. (See exhibitor's stands for more details)

Definitions
(a) "web" or "web site" or "site" means the system or database on which the personal information is stored; (b) "You" or "your" means Lüp Pty Ltd (c) "I", "my" or "me" means the person who has entered information into any electronic form on a site (d) "information" or "personal information" means any information entered into any electronic form that is provided that may identify a person (e) "Show" or "Expo" means the event for which you registered 

General

• I confirm that the information I have entered is completely accurate, and in particular I have taken care to ensure that my email address is correctly entered.
• I agree and consent to my personal information being utilised for current and future competitions, draws, lotteries and promotions by the promoters and exhibitors of the Show.
• I agree and consent to, for promotional purposes, you providing the information I have entered into any electronic form on your site to entities/businesses attached, related, affiliated or associated to the Show, including but not limited to the Event Organiser, presenters, sponsors, exhibitors and suppliers.
• I agree that by my entering into any competitions at the Show, that I agree and consent to my personal information being utilised by such competition for the competition purposes and the promoter of the competition and authorise the publication of my details as they relate to the competition.
• I agree that you will not be liable to me, except in the case of fraud, for any act or omission (whether negligent or misleading or deceptive or otherwise) by you in the performance or purported performance of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
• I indemnify you against all claims, except in the case of fraud, arising out of or in any way connected with any act or omission by you in the performance or purported performance of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
• I agree that liability on your part or on the part of your servants or agents for damages for or in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the relationship established by this agreement or any conduct under it or any orders or instructions given to you by me , shall not in any event (and whether or not such liability results from or involves negligence) exceed $50.00.
• I agree that by my entering information into any electronic form on your site, that I am agreeing to the terms and conditions herein and to the Disclaimer.

Organiser's Booking and Site Terms and Conditions

• In circumstances where there will be the erection of temporary building structures of any kind, you (the Brewery) must provide all relevant paperwork as requested by Woodlands Events Pty Ltd (Woodlands Events) or any of its employees. Paperwork must be presented to Woodlands Events prior to occupation of the said structure(s).
• Where possible, all structures must be held down with above ground ballast. No ground spiking will be allowed unless approved in writing by Woodlands Events prior to each Event.
• The erection of all temporary structures including small pop up tents must comply with the attached “Temporary Structure Policy”.
• The final placement of ALL Brewery locations is at the discretion of Woodlands Events.
• Breweries acknowledges that all total bar revenue (defined as total takings at the Brewery's stall including GST, non alcohol related and all sales) is to be apportioned between the Brewery and Woodlands Events as follows:-
• Brewery: 70%
• Woodlands Events  30%
• The Brewery also acknowledges that all serving of alcohol from their stall must comply with any relevant RSA regulations, or requests from Woodlands Events or the Licensee. All relevant information will be provided prior to the event.
• If requested, you may be asked to remove your vehicles from your trailers. In the event you are asked by Woodlands Events to remove your vehicle from the trailer, you acknowledge that you will comply with such request.
• You must comply with all parts of the Workplace Health and Safety Legislation and relevant Council, Local, State and Commonwealth of Australia legislation and all regulations, by laws and orders enacted under legislation.
• For all electrical, water related matters, please ensure you contact Woodlands events prior to the event. Any requirements not organised prior to the Event will lead to delays, or may lead to not obtaining the service on site.
• The Brewery will at all times indemnify and keep indemnified Woodlands Events (for the purpose of these terms and conditions includes its related bodies corporate) from and against any loss or liability incurred by Woodlands Events arising from any claim, suit, action or proceedings (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) by any person against Woodlands Events where such loss or liability is in connection with:
• any wilful, reckless or negligent act or omission or breach of law or this Agreement by the Brewery, its employees, officers, contractors, agents; or
• any claim made against Woodlands Events by any third party arising from the Brewery's exercise of its entitlements under this Agreement.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Brewery releases and indemnifies Woodlands Events and guests at the Event or any loss, damage or theft of property at the Event caused by any breach of this Agreement or wilful, reckless or negligent act or omission of the Brewery.
• You must ensure that you include any back of house area(s) that you require behind your merchandise site which includes anyone with cold rooms, containers etc. This MUST be included in your total site dimensions. 
• In the event you are unable to attend an Event but have been sent a confirmation for a site, Woodlands Events is to be informed, in writing, at least forty-five (45) days prior to the Event. Any cancellations within the 60 days to the event will not be eligible for any refund. Any cancellations before the 45 days leading up to the event will be eligible to a 50% refund of your site fee.
• The Brewery acknowledges that it is responsible for its own security of property and that of its employees, officers, contractors, agents and guests at the Event.
• A copy of your certificate for Public Liability Insurance (the Certificate) for an amount not less than $20,000,000 must be supplied to Woodlands Events no less than fourteen days prior to an Event.  The certificate must note the applicable interested Parties. The relevant interested Parties for the Event will be listed in your Confirmation Letter.
• Woodlands Events will not be responsible for the security of your stock, signage, merchandise, or anything else onsite. If you require your own dedicated security, please contact the Event appointed Security Company. Details are available from Woodlands Events.
• No Breweries are permitted to camp or sleep on site within the Precinct Area or any other area within the Event precinct. If any persons are found to be sleeping on site, they will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be refused further entry to or have other restrictions placed on entry to the Event or other Woodlands Events promoted Events in the future.
• The Brewery Site Display MUST stay contained within the footprint marked on the ground.
• No Brewery or any of its employees shall be permitted to give away ANY beverage on site, as part of sample tastings or promotions ran by the Brewery. Any Brewery found to be giving away any beverages on site may be asked to cease trade immediately.
• No Brewery or any of its employees shall be permitted to sell any food or beverage without prior approval from Woodlands Events. All changes to drink menus must be done prior to the event taking place.
• No Brewery or any of its employees shall be permitted to give away any free merchandise or free items on site without the approval from Woodlands Events.
• No Brewery or any of its employees shall be permitted to consume any alcohol during the Event.
• Woodlands Events reserves the right to cease trading of any Brewery selling or displaying any product in conflict with Official Event Merchandise, or Event Sponsors. If a Brewery is selling, supplying, promoting or displaying any merchandise or goods or services in a category where Woodlands Events or an Event Sponsor has exclusivity, it must be approved by Woodlands Events. It is the responsibility of the Brewery to know and understand the list of exclusive sponsors from time to time. Woodlands Events reserves the right, within reason, to cease trading of any Brewery selling or displaying any product that Woodlands Events deems to be illegal, offensive or derogatory.
• Brewery passes/accreditation are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Woodlands Events reserves the right to refuse entry or confiscate passes from anyone caught in a non-working capacity with a Brewery pass.
• All information supplied by Woodlands Events to the Brewery is confidential and must not be disclosed to any other person, other than is necessary to perform the Agreement and as is required by law. The Brewery undertakes to keep all such information confidential at all times, even after the completion of the Event.
• Any breach of the above terms and conditions shall entitle Woodlands Events (in addition to other remedies) to close any breweries site. If Woodlands Events exercises this right, no compensation (including refunding payments) is payable to the Brewery(s).
• Woodlands Events reserves the right to cease trading of any Brewery if FULL payment for the site has not been made by the Brewery prior to the commencement of each Event.
